After working together successfully for over two decades, the founding members of ECBuild joined forces with EwingCole in 2019 to start our own construction management company. ECBuild was created specifically to meet our clients’ needs across a variety of commercial industries.

ECBuild provides preconstruction and construction services. We have established a company that provides an internal and collaborative approach that benefits our clients. One Team, One Common Goal!

At ECBuild, we have assembled a team of industry experts with vast experience that provides unparalleled client service. All of our team members share the same commitment to excellence as our founding members, with much of the senior leadership previously working together in all of our markets around the country.

Integrated Design-Build

Building construction is fundamentally collaborative, requiring clear communication between experienced professionals, no matter the delivery method. This collaborative approach is a part of everything we do and begins with first understanding the client’s goals and expectations and customizing our project team to meet those objectives.

While we commonly provide other delivery methods, such as Construction Management at Risk, ECBuild specializes in and can implement a fully integrated Design-Build approach, providing our clients with a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of their projects.

We encourage and welcome this collaboration with all qualified design firms, as it supports achieving our client’s goals and minimizes cost. By streamlining the schedule and maximizing efficiency, we ensure that our clients receive the best value for their investment.

Our unique relationship with EwingCole also offers clients access to architectural, engineering (structural, MEP, Life Safety), interior design, and planning expertise within the same organizational affiliation.
