Dallas, TX – The renovation and expansion project of the Smith and Perkins dormitories at Southern Methodist University (SMU) has been successfully completed. The project, a collaboration between ECBuild and EwingCole, marks a significant milestone as the first true design-build endeavor in the higher education sector within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The dormitories are now fully renovated, with students and faculty eagerly moving into the upgraded spaces.
